Today, My group and I presented our presentation. We also saw other Presentations. What I learned was that Pericles passed laws that allowed poor to attend plays and performances, and he also had costly strategies for seaborne attacks. During this time, the plague hit and wiped out some of the population. He died in 429 BCE and this ended the Golden Age, which was the time of culture, literature, art, and government. Some of the plays were written in 430 BCE and they were mainly tragedies and comedies.
